November Update

I know it's been a whole month since I've posted and we've had so many things going on. So here's a quick recap of the last month in the Petersen home.

Pumpkin Patch
With October being a month of Halloween and harvest, Tori and I took one last field trip to the pumpkin patch with her preschool. She climbed a pyramid made from hay bales, got lost in a hay maze, saw some darling baby animals, and rode on a wagon to the pumpkin patch. We had a lot of fun and Tori found a perfectly round little pumpkin.

Pumpkin Patch (again)
A few days later, I got to go to the pumpkin patch again (lucky me). This time we went with friend and Hilary got to go to. We got even more perfect little pumpkins for our front porch and some yummy goodies from the Country Mercantile, too.

Baking with Daddy
On another day in October, Roger and the girls made pumpkin cookies to share with the neighbors. Yummy!!

Halloween seemed almost like a blur this month. Hilary chose not to trick-or-treat this year. Instead, she stayed home and handed out candy while Tori and I went. As soon as we got in the car, we jumped in the car and headed to Wenatchee. Aunt Lisa and Uncle Russ gave the girls the best birthday present ever - tickets to the High School Musical Ice Tour. The girls had an absolute blast!! Thank you, Lisa and Russ!

It was a great weekend; capped with leaf jumping in Grandma and Grandpa's backyard!
